A New Policy

Hi dears,

Due to feedback with regards to the packaging and delivery of The Nude Bra, we have decided to make the mode of delivery for all bulky parcels registered by default in effect from 21st July 2010 onwards. This mode of delivery is non-optional. Bulky items will include The Nude Bra, shoes, bags and other articles that cannot be fitted into an A4-size package. Registration charges will still apply, with the standard additional S$2.24 on top of the normal postage fee, which may or may not be absorbed by us.

As we all know, normal postages are usually not as delicately handled as registered articles, which may result in torn packages, dented boxes and sometimes even damaged goods. We hope that by implementing this new policy, such incidents can be effectively prevented. We believe that this is not a major issue for apparels as they are not as easily damaged by indelicate handling, and therefore are keeping its mode of delivery optional.

With this new policy, we hope that our customers will be able to receive their goods promptly in the perfect condition the item was packaged and sent out in, and at the same time reduce or hopefully eradicate the event of a late/lost article.

On a lighter note, we’ll be updating with a new collection in another week or two, this time round with a mix of instocks and preorders! We will probably be updating our sales section as well, so do keep a lookout. 🙂

Sweet, and Lovely.

Hi dears!

I’ve currently been under a spell – for beautiful shoes and all things pretty! Currently, we’ve opened a Preorder Collection, where you and I can get really pretty shoes to prance around in. I do hope the flash floods will not last though, with all the rain we wouldn’t be able to don on the pretty wedges and heels and hit town! Maybe we could open a wellingtons spree.. perhaps in the next collection? 🙂 I used to love wellies! And I found some pretty cute ones I could bring in.. 😉

Here are some of my picks from the latest shoe preorder!

My number one choice would be this Summertime Wedge in Hot Pink. It just looks awesomely pretty, and matches perfectly with any dresses – be it floral or plain! I kind of think less is more, and in order for this pair to stand out, a little white dress would suffice! Imagine a look like this: A white dress, Summertime Wedge in Hot Pink, a straw hat and lots of shopping bags! 😀

My second favourite is this Net Ribbon Heel. It’s dark and alluring, yet totally feminine at the same time. It’d be a perfect choice for proms and wedding dinners. And it’s nothing less than stylish, with its netted design. Without it, it would just seem plain, and well.. boring.

Another favourite will be the Toms-inspired loafers! You can check out the original Toms over here. It is a pair of loafers that is gaining popularity all around the globe right now. Check out what the press has to say about them here! And whats best, these casual slips not only comes in a wide variety of colours, but costs only a fraction of the price of the original! I’m definitely getting one of those. Which colour, which colour?!

The preorder will close on the 7th of July, 2359hrs. Estimated shipping time would take around 2-3wks, after which we’ll mail your items out to you! An update email will be sent once order has been placed, and another when stocks have arrive. 🙂

One special treat for you girls – The Reeses Peanut Butter Cups! Since Karen is currently in the States, she’s decided to bring in these popular Hershey Treat. It’s hard to find in Sunny Singapore, and even if you find it, it doesn’t come cheap, sadly. However, you can place your orders for them right now, at a very affordable pricing of $0.50 per cup! Karen will be back on the 8th of July, which means you will get it probably in a weeks’ time, totally worth the wait!

The vintage top above is my one of my favourite from my outsourcing trip previously. The material of the top is not the usual cotton, and I’m not exactly sure what material it is made of, but it gives the top a very vintage vibe. Topped with the cute vintage prints, I couldn’t help myself but to bring it in!

I’m thinking of sprucing up the site a little. It seems a little plain now. I’ll probably add more details to it in the next few weeks to come. In the meantime, I hope you enjoy shopping with us!

Miles to Go.

Hey ladies! t ♥ classiques have updated with an assortment of spunk and zest, all airmailed into Sunny Singapore! Model TXT and I decided on an outdoor shoot despite the scorching sun. It was however, a pretty fun time. Some photos turned out really well, while some others turned out a little messed up. I’ll try my best to take better pictures next time!

2 of my favourites from this collection must be the rompers! Rompers are the cutest, don’t you agree? Not only are they sweet and easily worn, they also allow maximum flexibility that a flirty dress can only restrict. A boyfriend blazer or a cardigan over and it can bring you to school; stash them in your bag after and you can let your hair down and head for a fun picnic right after! How awesome is that?

We only have limited pieces (roughly about 2-3 pieces of each designs only) and we won’t be conducting any backorders, so don’t hesitate if you love any of them!

Bangbangbangles!

t ♥ classiques has updated with their 3rd collection. This collection is mostly for girls who love bracelets (like me!) and accessories. Feedbacks are welcome with regards to our picture quality, pricings and designs. We are more than happy to accept critiques and feedbacks to help us improve. Simply contact us by either leaving a comment here, or commenting on our site under ‘Contact Us’ below!

We are thinking of self-manufacturing some pieces, depending on the responses. The pieces we have chosen will be loaded onto the site tomorrow night (19th April 2010), and if the response is good, we shall go ahead with the manufacturing process!

We also apologize for our model is currently in the midst of her exams, so we were unable to include apparels in our previous few collections. But worry not! We promise pretty imported apparels starting from our next post. And we promise to update this site often and keep you girls updated on the going-ons behind the scenes of t ♥ classiques!

delays delays

launch was set to be 1st march.. but unexpected delays set in. i’m trying to get it launched on tues (9th Mar) now. kayelle was too busy when her contract renewed on the 1st to really do much editing over the week. Think 9 to 12mn daily including sats? and she’s in charge of editing, photoshop-ing and stuff (the creative juices remember?), while i dunno how to do all these. will start learning from her as soon as we both find the time to sit down together and discuss!

what to expect in our first launch? lots of charms! we’re in the midst of discussion on the style of photos we’d like to take for apparels, whether to be studio, outdoor or smthing else.. just comment to let us know what u feel!

pre-launch updates!

as most mailing listees have already known, and for those who are still in the dark, t.classiques, previously known as theclassiques, is the merging of theclassiques and karensdesire into ONE! (:

previously, we started off as two separate blogshops, offering varying styles of clothings. however after careful considerations, we have decided that two heads are wayyyyyy better than one!

karen, with the operational brains (HAHAHA, now, that’s a self-compliment.)

more than that, we’re embarking on an exciting and (self) thrilling trip into the launch of t.classiques. hopefully the thrills will catch on with the customers as well. we have retained our all time special – uh hem – silicon nude bra, at affordable pricing (of course!) plus we’re adding accessories into the website (: think charms, necklaces, bracelets, bags, shoes and more! these, on top of our staple of tops, bottoms and dresses.

as seen on our tweets (follow us if u’re not already!), kayelle has been on a outsourcing trip (and back) and has brought back many pieces of lovely accessories… and various imported pieces of clothings! we are in the midst of updating the collections as of now. thinking of the style to display the items in. pls feel free to leave a comment or feedback about what you’d like to see..

for me, i love this piece. i am a firm believer in freedom (explains my many travelling trips overseas hehehe)

however, now that we’ve seen these pictures put together, we think they look too messy. so we’re trying out other neater styles. what do you girls think? is this good? or do you prefer the simple and neat style of no background?
